I am so pleased that I have found Lydia. She has been excellent in terms of communication before we met and the meet and greet was so pleasant and reassuring. She got on so well with Roma and also fully appreciated the pressure I am under as primary carer for my husband. It was a real pleasure to meet Lydia. My experience of her first walk with Roma was also exemplary. Lydia clearly had a wonderful time with him and sent me a report and photos immediately afterwards. I am looking forward to booking Lydia again in May. My complex care arrangements mean that is really helpful to be able to plan ahead and she has told me that she can do this as she receives her own work schedule well in advance. So excellent all round.
