Lydia was amazing! It was my first time using Rover and was a little anxious for my rescue pup, but I had no reason to be. The pups were in great hands with Lydia, who made sure to send tons of pics and updates on how they were holding up throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Lydia, and I will definitely be using her again whenever I need a pet sitter!

(Long review but well worth it)....It was my first time using Rover recently with Della's first time stay in Lydia's home. I was nervous because I'm not from MASS and know no one here. So I was nervous to try the app. Needless to say, Lydia gave me a sense of peace and though Della gets separation anxiety, Lydia ensured Della's stay was the best. She was very attentive in Della's mannerism and behavior due to her anxiety. She comforted her really well, especially with playing Della's favorite...throwing the balls. All in all, I recommend Lydia. She is a very nice lady. I feel like I've known her a long time and just met her. Very pleasant, calm demeanor. She kept me updated daily and all throughout the day of Della's eating, drinking, playing, walks, her mannerism and many pics. She told me she enjoyed Della as well as her friend and mom. Though Lydia had two urgent family situations during Della's visit, she still kept me posted and ensured Della was taken care of. Thank you "so" much Lydia!
