Pet care experience
Availble most days 4.P.M.-Midnight for drop in visits. I have taken care of pets in my family home since 1969. I own a boxer and her name is Princess and she is just that! Although she is 10 years old she loves to play with her toys, and is still very energetic getting her daily walks. I have special vitamins and medicine that she needs to take with her food to keep her in good shape. I take her to regular vet and grooming visits as well. I would love to meet your pet and learn all about it's needs and offer a complimentary consultation. A big more about me: I am a graduate of Mercyhurst College and have a BA in music. I also sing in a jazz band in my spare time. I enjoy volunteering for several organizations: Second Harvest Food Bank, WQLN and the Erie Art Museum. I am working on my masters degree in Educational Leadership and Middle and Secondary Education at Edinboro University which I should complete sometime next year.

Lydia is very good with dogs. Princess is very well cared for. Very obedient dog, you can tell she takes very good care for her putting the dogs health and wellness needs ahead of herself. She is very involved with her dog making sure Princess has both outdoor activities in safe environments and indoor time as well. I am most familiar with Boxers, Schnauzers, and Golden Retrievers and any kind of cute furry mixed breed! I prefer to meet the dog and see if they like me, and I like them, and go from there. I will need current proof of all shots and that they have been treated for fleas and ticks. I will want to know of any special instructions for feeding, watering, potty or walking. If you are inquiring about overnight house sitting I will need to bring my Princess for the evening as well, so it will need to be a good match between your dog and mine.
A typical day
I will walk your pet in your immediate neighborhood, or a place of your choosing that you regularly go. I love to walk my dog at Frontier Park, Dobbins Landing or the walk way along the Peninsula. There is also a new dog park off of McClelland Avenue. I can also provide play time if your dog like this: Frisbee throws, tug-o-war and squeaky balls.
