Hi, My name is Lydia! I am a professional dancer, teacher, artist, and animal lover. I am from Dallas Texas, but now live in Glendale California. I went to the University of North Texas where I got a BFA in Dance and Choreography, and where I helped care for my roommates 2 sweet dogs. I love all animals and enjoy giving them quality care and love. I grew up with lots of pets (dogs, cats, hamsters, turtles, bunnies, fish, and more) throughout my childhood and adult life, and feel that I am very natural at connecting and bonding with them. For a large part of my child hood my family had two beautiful German Shepards, so I am comfortable with small and large dogs. As an athlete, I am equipped to give long walks, and even runs to your canine kiddos! I also enjoy grooming if you desire for your dog to be brushed during our time together. Lydia took care of my dog, Basil, for a week and he had the best time! She took him on walks, gave him attention throughout the day, and called with requested updates. She has been around Basil many times since then and he loves her! I highly recommend Lydia for doggo care, she is amazing.
Lydia always takes such great care of our fur baby, Sam. Lydia makes sure to always provide plenty of love and snuggles. She’s actually one of Sams preferred humans. Aside from providing plenty of TLC, Lydia is also very dependable, respectful, and responsible. She’s also very active which makes her a great fit with Sam. He’s a very active little dog and needs someone who can keep up on his runs. Sam is reactive on leash and is fearful of loud noises but Lydia remains patient with him and helps him to feel comfortable. I’d recommend Lydia to anyone needing a dog sitter or dog walker.
