Lydia was so wonderful with our two dogs. This was our first time leaving them in over a year due to the pandemic so we weren't sure how they would do. Lydia made sure to come over before we left in order to meet Sadie & Loki, & even though they were shy with her at first, she went above & beyond to make them feel comfortable & took amazing care of them. She followed our instructions thoroughly, & sent updates & pictures all throughout our trip. Our dog Sadie had been abused before she came to us & tends to be fearful of new people, but Lydia was so intentional in building trust & was so patient with Sadie, that by the end of the trip Sadie was very comfortable with Lydia & it put our minds at ease & we were able to completely enjoy our trip. We are so thankful we came across Lydia through Rover & highly recommend her to any pet owners. We are so happy to know we have a reliable & caring dogsitter for any future trips.

Lydia is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She is responsible, on-time, nurturing, and dogs love her! She has a close bond with her own pets, and would be great at showing the same love and attention to others’ pets when their owners are away. I would definitely recommend Lydia to care for my animals!
