Hi there! My name is Lydia, I'm 23 years old and I absolutely LOVE working with dogs! I have been on Rover for over 2 years now, but had to take a break due to moving around. Currently, I am studying to become a certified dog trainer, so need to log some training hours! Maybe I could help your animal with that as well as taking care of their basic needs. I've worked with all different breeds and am able to understand/identify different animal behaviors quite well. I understand it can be hard to find a sitter who you trust with your pet, but I promise there isn't anyone more trustworthy than myself. I am very responsible, educated, and focused when it comes to your dog's needs. They will always be my #1 priority when in my care!

Lydia was great with Ollie. Was very flexible with his stay with timing. Sent pictures to let us know Ollie was doing great. Ollie came back a tired, happy boy!
Lydia was amazing! My dog Gigi had a blast with her, definitely seemed like a vacation for her, sent a bunch of pictures and videos while I was away and was great with communication.
Lydia was soo great with my pup! She was genuinely concerned with his comfort level and I never had a doubt that he was in good hands.
Lydia was an awesome sitter for our dog, Madden. Madden stayed with her for 4 days and 3 nights. Throughout his stay, she kept in touch with us by showing photos of Madden and he looked pretty happy in every one!! He gave her a little hard time the first night by waking her frequently. We discussed it over a few text messages so she could try something different with him for the second night, which worked out for them both. Lydia was professional and never complained about the inconvenience of the first night. She was wonderful and I would recommend letting your pet stay with her as well. We hope to be able to use her service again!!

Let me know if there is anything crucial to know or accommodate for your pet prior to arrival. I do not have specific preferences in breeds but my house is better suite for dogs that do not mind people and enjoy being around them. If they love pets, they will LOVE it here!

Availability
I currently work from home, so whatever schedule your pet is used to I can accommodate. I love going on walks/being outside. I'm also a runner so if you tend to go on runs with your dog I am more than happy to do that as well! I love being able to bring pets with me when I am out and give them an opportunity to socialize/smell the world if they are comfortable with that!
