Pet care experience
I have loved animals since I was little, and have owned and cared for dogs for the past 23 years. I spent my childhood taming cats and aside from owning several dogs as a child and a few more as an adult, I also fostered and tamed kittens for the local shelter for a year. I decided to turn my passion into a profession, and have a medical history as a registered nurse to add to my repertoire. Pets in my home are extra well loved, because I have four littles and three pets that will also love on your pets!

I have a dog and two cats, and a fenced backyard, so your pet will be well loved and will have frequent access to go to the bathroom. I crate pets overnight usually, but I'm also willing to use a dog bed if your dog is pretty good at staying on the dog bed during the night. We allow pets on our furniture; however, we do not allow pets in our beds.

My preference is for calmer breeds that are good with kids and other pets. If it's just a dog that doesn't get along with cats, we can coup our cats up, but no working around the kids. We are pretty flexible on energy levels, so calm is just a preference.
A typical day
We play inside and outside, as well as getting lots of pets and snuggles. We go for walks, if requested or your doggo is full of energy.

Availability
I'm a stay-at-home mom and I homeschool, so I'm home pretty much all of the time. Pet care is pretty frequent in my house so your animals will fit right in!
