Pet care experience
I love all kinds of animals and have experience with dogs, cats, rats, reptiles, birds, livestock, fish, and animals with disabilities. I am a Former Canine Coach at Dogtopia, and I’m always open to learning more about animals and understand that not all pets need the same type of care.

In the past we’ve used a boarding service for our kitty Douglas, but due to him coming home stressed out more often than not this time we decided to try rover for our 6 day trip and we are glad we did! Luy followed all our directions and we came home to a happy kitty cat! We had no issues while away and felt like our baby was very safe with Luy. We will be using her again when we take our next trip!
Luy did a lovely job taking care of my cat Jasper. She even sent me pictures. Typically Jasper doesn’t come out for strangers, but she did with Luy. I would highly recommend her!
Luy was quick to respond. Our dog took to her right away during our meet and greet which made it very easy for us to ask her to care for our dog. She sent lots of pictures! We will definitely be reaching out to her again when we need someone to care for our dog.

I have a large non-fenced yard with lots of room to play, along with close walking trails. I’m also good with calming pets if they get stressed while they’re home alone and can help them settle in a crate.

I like to know how their schedule is set, do they go out before or after eating and do they have to sit and wait? Also how will they react to going in the crate or if they see something outside so I’m always prepared.
A typical day
I will take your pup on a walk or we can play fetch if they prefer, I’m open to going on trails or in town depending on what’s best for your dog.

I am a full time pet caretaker so I’ve got plenty of time to help throughout the day. I am free most weekends and don’t mind nighttime drop ins.
