Pet care experience
My husband and I both have over 5 years of owning dogs! Our Aussies give us the full spectrum of behaviors: smart, sassy, stubborn, playful, cuddly.. you name it! We are very comfortable with dogs and will make sure your pup is our priority! I have also owned 2 cats in the past and know how to handle them well! We have a shaded privacy fence backyard that is a decent size and a spare bedroom for more play space!

Luma did is a fantastic job!! Highly recommended!! Dogs are not automated toys, they have personalities, unpredictable (or predictable) responses, they are stressed to be left behind when you travel. I cannot imagine anyone care more and dealing with all that better than Luma and her husband did with my dogs!
She was super great! Was able to help me out last minute and was really accommodating! Definitely recommended for your cat or dog!! :)
Luma was a fantastic, attentive sitter who went above and beyond to make sure my senior pup was comfortable and cared for while I was gone. I appreciated the regular updates and photos.
Luma is amazing! When I dropped my dog off, she asked a lot of questions to ensure she knew my dog’s schedule, habits, and needs. She sent so many pictures of my dog while she watched him, and he looked so happy and spoiled in all of them. You can and should trust Luma with your animal sitting needs. I recommend whole-heartedly.

We have a fenced yard and 2 dogs to keep your pups company! We also live near the dog park and take our Aussie there all the time (edit: the dog park is under reconstruction for now) If your pet is not social, don’t fret, we have enough space to keep the dogs apart if needed! With us, you can make sure your fur baby is safe and cared for. We know how hard it can be leaving your baby behind, we’ve done it a lot of times and leaving them in good hands made things easier! We genuinely love pets and care for them deeply, your pet will have its own vacation with us :) you’ll also get plenty of pictures and video updates throughout their stay!!

A typical day
We love playing with the dogs in the backyard! We stimulate our dogs by training them with treats (fruits/cucumbers/carrots) and playing with toys We take dogs on long walks around campus, as well as dog park visits!

Availability
I’m a graduate student working on my PhD. Some of my work require being in the lab and some doing work on my laptop from home or office. When boarding your pet, I plan to be home with them the whole time unless otherwise specified!
