Lulu was very friendly but I was a little upset but the communication. I dropped my dog off at 1 for an overnight visit and I received no communication from her after 5:30. I had messages to check in, requested pictures and at 11:45pm she responded with a picture that was already sent during the day time. I responded immediately as I was relieved to finally hear from her but I received no response again until 8:30 in the morning. She informed me my dog did not really eat his food which can be normal for him. I was planning on feeding him when we got to the BBQ we were headed to. I packed an abundance of food and since she told me he didn’t really eat too much I expected the container to be pretty full. She sent me back with no dog food at all. If he had eaten all of the food it would have been much more than he normally eats plus she told me he didn’t touch his food and now I had nothing to feed my dog as we were not heading home for a few hours. I had followed up to confirm if he ate or not as his food dish was empty and I did not receive a response so I assume his food was fed to her dogs instead of mine.

Lulu is great! She sent me videos and pics of our Ollie. Wonderful sweet person and made me and my family feel at ease. Highly recommended.
