Pet care experience
I'm a recent masters graduate currently looking for work, and my girlfriend is a graduate student at UIC, so we have lots of time at home to take care of your pet. We've had a 12 pound Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix, Pickles, for two years and I've had family dogs and cats since I was a child. Pickles will be happy to share her home and maybe one or two toys with your dog. We live in a nice quiet apartment building in Oak Park near a Scoville park and lots of quiet streets to walk your pet. If your dog is an architecture or literature fan, we can reroute walks to work in pee breaks outside Frank Lloyd Wright's home and/or Ernest Hemingway's house. 125

Luke has been an animal lover since early childhood. He has had cats, dogs, gerbils, mice and a hamster. He began volunteering at the local animal shelter while in middle school. In college, he was limited to one cat in the fraternity. That motivated him to go to an off campus apartment so he could have other animals. I've even seen him adopt and care for strays while on vacation. I know he has helped neighbors with new puppies while they work by walking and playing with them during the day. Luke loves animals!
Luke has his own dog whom he loves like she's his actual child. He's always shown compassion towards animals and is definitely a responsible pet owner. He would take good care of any animal he comes in contact with and will go above and beyond to make sure they are happy.
