Pet care experience
I have over 8 years experience looking after dogs of different breeds including a regular cockapoo I looked after for my sister called Rolo. I also own a golden retriever who i absolutely adore. I have had Pablo for 2 and a half years now and regularly go on hikes, dog training and adventures together.

Perfect service from Luke. He accommodated all of my dogs needs from how he is fed, to dropping him off at the end of his stay to the location I needed. Luke also gave time to meet his own dog to ensure the two got on well. Can’t have asked for anymore. Would use again. Thank you very much.
Luke was fab as a dog sitter, we met up before hand and went for a walk, giving us the opportunity to meet him and Pablo. Luke sent photos of my 4legs, helping me to be as relaxed about the arrangement as my 4legs was. Would absolutely recommend, and would book Luke again.

We found that we needed doggie daycare for Bertie on a Saturday at fairly short notice. As Bertie had stayed overnight recently at Luke’s so we contacted him to see if he could help. Without hesitation he said yes. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to drop him off at a time to suit our plans.

My back garden is completely fenced off with a bolted gate so there is no need for concern about your dog escaping or other problems. I have a 2 bedroom house and my golden sleeps downstairs by the door. He also likes to sleep on the kitchen floor to cool down! I allow pets to have free roam of the house when I am home but when I go out; I shut the doors upstairs. My house has spacious rooms with lots of light and also has comfortable places for the dogs to relax (even on the sofa!)

Please let me know if your dog has any certain behaviours or needs which I can adhere to. I will make sure your dog is comfortable and calm. Dogs with serious separation anxiety issues should have appropriate behavioural training before needing sitters.
A typical day
There are lots of country walks nearby which I take the dogs out to. There is also a beautiful canal walk which my dog Pablo loves, and a scenic rail trail, too. I also take the dogs out in the car further out to go to places such as Macclesfield Forrest. I usually do a walk first thing, at lunch time and early evening, plus lots of play time!

I only work in the office on Thursdays so I am available any other day. I usually go to the gym in the evenings so 8am-5/6pm is perfect for me.
