Luisa was amazing! She asked important and thorough questions prior to accepting our booking which made us feel comfortable from the start. We coordinated with her easily for drop-off and pick-up, and even stepped inside her apartment for a quick tour. You can tell Luisa loves dogs by her preparation (food and water bowls, toys, blanket on the couch) and she was super excited to meet Barkley as well :) Luisa provided constant updates (with pictures and videos!) and the stay went perfectly. We will definitely love to board Barkley with Luisa again!

Luisa was the perfect person to watch my Zuzu while I was visiting family over the holidays. Zuzu has some separation anxiety issues as well as some reactivity on the leash. Luisa handled all of those things like a champ and had no problem while watching Zuzu. Usually, while she's in boarding Zuzu gets super anxious and won't even eat. I am so incredibly happy to have found Luisa to watch Zuzu, as I got pictures and videos that showed how comfortable Zuzu was while with Luisa. Luisa is also amazing because she will send you updates about your pup so that you know that they're doing well. It gave me such peace of mind knowing that Zuzu was happy and being loved on while I was out of town. Thank you, Luisa! I appreciate it so much and Zuzu will definitely be visiting again!
