Luisa was SO amazing! She was extremely accommodating to our puppy and us, too! First of all, I ended up having to drop Sully off a bit earlier than expected due to my flight schedule and Luisa was super flexible. Sully had some tummy upset earlier in the week, so she was on a chicken and rice diet, which didn't deter Luisa in the least. In fact, Sully wasn't eating the chicken and rice very well at first, and Luisa even offered to go and pick up her usual dog food from the pet store. In addition, Sully is a very active dog, and Luisa took her out to play fetch, which I know she just loved. She also sent updates the entire weekend of Sully cuddling up with her and her boyfriend, so I know she got her much required snuggle-time! Top top it all off, her dog Rocky was so sweet and the perfect companion for Sully. When we picked Sully up, Luisa had made a special dog cookie (she works at a pet bakery) with Sully's name on it! What a cute treat. I highly recommend her for all your dog-sitting needs!

Luisa is absolutely FABULOUS! This was my jest experience with rover and we’re hooked. We had a sitter lined up and he cancelled on us 2 days before we were to depart for our trip. Luisa responded to my frantic search for a new pet sitter immediately and she welcomed our sweet pup with open arms. Our dog is only 4 months old and she was so good to him and tended to all of his puppy needs. I received pictures and updated often! Her dog also welcomed Scout and they had a blast together. Scout is now exhausted - which means he had a GREAT time! I would recommend Luisa to anyone. I shared her contact info with all of my family in Dallas. If you need someone to love on your dog while you’re away and you want to know he/she is in very capable and loving hands, Luisa is your gal!
