As our first Rover, Luis was excellent! He provided regular updates (with photos!), and made us confident and comfortable that Toby was in good hands. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the experience.
Luis was a wonderful sitter for our puppy and would recommend him. We saw how quickly our puppy got comfortable with Luis when we dropped her off. Luis provided updates and pictures and you could sense their level of comfort and love for pets. Luis was also very responsive on the app.
Luis is the best caregiver I have found for my dog yet, and my dog is 8 years-old. Luis is on top of his needs, giving him walks, food, treats, yet also goes above and beyond with the care he takes so that my dog never feels lonely when I am away! My dog loves all the extra pets and cuddles he gets when he is with Luis. I highly recommend his services. Luis is always very responsive on the app and happy to give me updates and pictures as needed :)
