Luene was wonderful! This was my 1st time using Rover and I was so impressed with how well she took care of my fur baby. She was very easy to communicate with, she was accommodating, and sent me pictures of my dog which helped me feel comfortable. My dog came back very happy and I appreciate everything she did to make us both feel comfortable.

Luanne was awesome. I originally booked reservations with Luanne for both my cat and dog. However, my dog suddenly passed away right before I left town. Luanne was very kind and sympathetic, and was quick to adjust my reservation. She was really good about sending frequent photographs of my cat and texted me on a regular basis to let me know how she was doing. Satin really enjoyed being at her house and I will definitely use Luanne again as a Sitter in the future. This was my first experience with Rover and Luanne was awesome. I highly recommend her.
