When I started creating this profile I was reflecting on all of the animals I have cared for over the years. Each loving soul I've had an opportunity that I've crossed paths with I could remember something special about them. I believe in giving our animals the best care possible. I am a dog mom for 6 years now and it has helped me learn so much about myself and how each dog is truly unique and special. I really feel that the longevity and happiness of your dog's life come down to those daily walks that mean the absolute world to them. I try to create a special experience for my clients. I recognize the importance of good leash behavior and am comfortable with being assertive. I want your dog to have an absolute blast, I also want them to be safe. Lucy is the sweetest. I have a big dog (mutt) and a tiny dog (Chihuahua) and they both LOVE her. She really knows how animals think, and is such a kind and generous person in general. She has cared for my pets in my absence, and they were well attended to!
Lucy has been an amazing sitter to my 2 dogs. She is trustworthy, loving and responsible and the dogs are always happy to see her, which is a lot for my pups. Lucy has a special relationship with animals that I love about her, as do my dogs.

If your dog needs socialization, I am happy to have meets with my dog. (With an initial meeting in a neutral territory for mutual safety) I am happy to accommodate however your current regime is in your home.

Let me know what your personal boundaries are. I always like to be sure that the dog has my engagement. I do this with positive reinforcement with a sit command. If you have a preferred treat that your dog likes I will need that or I can provide small dried liver pieces that I find pups usually love. If you have a different tactic that works, I am open to discussing that. Also would like to know if your dog is spayed/neutered and if there are any aggressive behaviors I should know about.
A typical day
I'm new to the area so exploring has been a blast for me and my pup! Fetch, light jogging, smelling all the corners. We are eager to hit some trails soon! I've got a whole bucket-list going!

Availability
I work full-time online, however, my job is quite flexible. I am available for morning walks before 10 and most times after 2 pm. Weekends are much more open.
