Pet care experience
I love dogs! I've grown up with three dogs at home and have taken care of them since I can remember. I often pet sit for friends, neighbors, and family. I will cherish my time with these amazing animals and hope to give them some fun while they can't be with their own family. I am used to giving medicine when needed on a consistent schedule and don't mind cleaning puppy pees or poos.

Lucy is a fantastic sitter that I would recommend to anyone with any type of dog. She has watched my 50 pound lab mix for 2 years now and he might like her more than he likes me! She will make sure your dog is happy, exercised and safe. I could not recommend Lucy enough!

Lucy was born to care for and love dogs! Since she could barely walk, she would fearlessly approach doggies of any size and appearance and just rejoice. Dogs instinctively know she is just “the one”. As she grew older and learned the science of dogs, she has become dutiful about training with positive reinforcement. She has been a passionate advocate of responsible rescue. I love to go for walks and with a little buddy it would make it so much better! I am comfortable walking dogs and make sure they are safe. I have the entire campus of UNC to take any dog and multiple parks with hiking trails where I could also take them to run and play! I live in an apartment so I don't think I will do much boarding since it a small place and I'd feel bad for the doggy, but I will do it if it is needed!

I would appreciate to know what they’re allowed to do because I don’t want to mess up any at home training or rules that your dog may be used to. I also want to know your personal preference with your dog playing and engaging with other dogs. And lastly I want to know your dogs favorite things and try to spoil them as much as I can while I care for them.
A typical day
If allowed I will let them play with other dogs, take them to the dog park, go for car rides and spoil them with love.

I'm currently a WFH flexible young adult so I have time to help on someone who is more busy! While it is not best for me to get a dog right now, I want my doggy fix as I miss mine from home. Rover is the best fit for me to help and enjoy my hobby of loving dogs! I am very flexible and very organized with my time so I am reliable!
