Dog lover who doesn't currently own dogs will make sure your pets are loved and cared for while you are away. I grew up in New England loving and caring for our family dogs: a golden retriever and a dachshund. I am a full-time employee at the American Cancer Society, and very responsible. I am available for an overnight stay and weekend drop-ins and dog walking appointments. I have a fair amount of flexibility in my schedule, and can likely work with you if you need drop-ins or in-home care during the week with some notice. I live in a basement apartment in a single-family home, the family above me has one other dog, but they would not interact. The back yard is fenced-in with plenty of room to run, fetch, and play.
