Lucy and her husband, Dave, went above and beyond to care for our puppy, Ollie! It was our first time leaving him in a new environment overnight and, although we were very nervous at first, Lucy assured us that he was in great hands from the start. We were even able to set up a meet and greet in advance to make sure that Ollie was comfortable before we dropped him off the next day! Something that we truly appreciated about Lucy was her great communication. Each day, she sent us tons of photos, videos, and updates of Ollie which were all wonderful. This, paired with Lucy and Dave’s beautiful home and property made for a PERFECT home away from home for our puppy while we were able to rest and relax on our vacation. Their two sweet dogs, Daysie and Mack, also helped Ollie feel welcomed and at ease while we were away. So much so that we are calling them his “sisters!” We will definitely be using Lucy for all of our upcoming needs for Ollie moving forward and are so grateful for the loving care that they showed him while we were away.
