Pet care experience
I am an animal lover, earth lover, & peace lover. I love working with animals; I have volunteered at an animal shelter every week for a year now & walk my neighbors dogs all the time- I figured why not make a job out of it too! I’m pretty active so I can jog/run with your dog if they enjoy jogging rather than walking (I can walk too if your dog prefers that). I love being outside and exploring especially when I have an animal friend by my side! I pay lots of attention to make sure things go smoothly on walks/adventures/everything else. Im a babysitter, so I totally know how to keep an eye out. I will make sure your dog gets plenty of outside time/potty breaks/food/water/attention/love. Being around animals makes me a happier person so I’m super grateful to be able to hang around your awesome pets!

When I first read Lucy's profile, I got the feeling she was an all around great person. Throughout the process she has shown strong communication and a has been eager to help out, she even offered to help clean / tidy up. Now, last but not least, and easily the most important thing to me, was from the moment Lucy showed up for the introduction, my dog appeared to be incredibly comfortable with her, and likewise Lucy appeared to be equally comfortable around my energetic Siberian. I couldn't be happier with Lucy as the sitter for my dog, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality sitter.
Lucy is unique, as she is one of the most compassionate people you will meet. Lucy takes pride in how much she cares for and loves animals. And her vegetarian lifestyle reflects her beliefs. She is dedicated & loves each dog like they were her own. The proof is in seeing the dogs respond to her & how jubilant dogs become when she returns (after a period of time away). One of Lucy’s greatest attributes is her honesty & trustworthiness. You can be sure she will care for your dog like it was her own & she will always communicate openly. She is extremely reliable and an amazing companion for any dog.

A typical day
I love to go places where I can take dogs to play fetch or explore, so forests, hikes, dog parks, trails, etc are my thing. I know of great walking trails and places around the beach to walk. I love to be outside so no matter what you can be assured your dog will be having fun in fresh air, whether it be around the neighborhood or a walk in great esker park!
