Pet care experience
Not only have I been dog sitting for the last 5 years, but I also have a lot of other experience with pet care! I currently work at Pet Supplies Plus and have for over a year, so I have learned a lot about caring for animals. I also interned at a veterinarian’s office for a few months this year, where I gained even more knowledge on animal health and care. I have experience administering oral pet medication, as both of my dogs have had to take them. I am comfortable with administering medication through shots as well.

I have a large fenced in yard and a dog door that my two dogs go in and out of freely. I will walk or run with your dog daily. There is usually always someone in my house at home at all times, who all love to interact with dogs. I have two other dogs. They are typically nice with other dogs but can be very skittish, so they would need to be introduced prior to being watched. The safety and comfort of all of the dogs including my own are my priority, so it needs to be a good fit. My dogs do love to play a lot so they usually enjoy having another furry friend to play with.

Availability
I only work part time, so I have a very flexible summer schedule. I will have plenty of time to spend time with your pet! I am not typically away from home for very long, so I will be able to regularly come to check on your pet.
