Pet care experience
I was a NYC dog walker for several years and also did bording and pet sitting. It was the happiest time in my life and I can’t wait to be spending time with your dog(s) soon. I have experience with dog training and handling from the NYACC family pet care program and studied dog grooming at the NY School Of Dog Grooming. although I’m not interested in grooming anymore it gave me great experience with dog handling. Most importantly I simply love dogs! They are everything to me! I have been a dog owner since 1995 and can’t imagine a life without dogs in it! Your special baby will be treated like family when in my care. Looking foreword to falling in love with your fur baby!

Lucy is a Godsend. On occasion, I need to leave my 2 dogs home for long stretches of time. There are not many people I trust to care for my dogs as 1 of them has specific emotional needs from having lived previously in an abusive household. I was hesitant at first but was reassured as soon as Lucy walked into my house and both of my dogs approached her immediately. Her kind and caring spirit put them both at ease. When Lucy visits they enjoy long walks, belly rubs, approved treats and the ability to play with her adorable dog, Spencer. We look forward to many more visits with Lucy!

Make sure dogs shots are up to date. I have a large dog who loves small and medium sized dogs. We will have lots of fun spending time together.
A typical day
I live near a dog friendly beach and go on 2 mike walks there all the time. There are also wooded trails nearby to explore. Your dog will be on leash at all times at these places. But I have a fenced in yard so that your dog can run free. Great games of fetch will be played! Then we can snuggle on the couch next to my wood burning stove.
