Lucy has always had a passion for animals. Growing up on a farm gave her an appreciation and respect for the place animals have as our friends. Her greatest preparation for animal care came in the form of Finola, a high spirited golden Lab, field bred but kept in our home, her constant companion. Lucy studied training and care, educating the rest of the family along the way. Her next educational experience was a part time job at a doggy day care. She moved to an even more immersive position at a larger center with full time hours. She connects with the "babys" as she lovingly calls them. Her patience and passion for animals, especially dogs, makes her an excellent candidate for caring for your special pet.

Lucy is everything a pet owner could ask for and more. She is very kind and considerate of any living creature, especially dogs. I have firsthand seen her care and handle many dogs at once in a skillful, safe, and loving manner; including when they misbehave. Aside from her outstanding efforts, she is also very knowledgeable about a wide variety of breeds, and understands much about animal anatomy and their behavior. 10/10 would trust her with my Husky any day.
