Pet care experience
I have had animals all my life. My last dog died last summer and I hate being without one! I live minutes from the beach & cliffs & love to walk every day. I have owned 5 dogs from birth to death, trained puppies and working dogs, looked after elderly dogs and anxious dogs and walked, fed and looked after animals of all ages and kinds for friends and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I have also loved and owned horses and cats and looked after parrots and parakeets

I am writing with regard to a reference for Lucilla Spencer-Phillips who has been a neighbour and friend for the last 8 years. I would like to confirm that she is most certainly an animal lover and has been the owner of cats and dogs for many years. Her most recent dog Bella was a gentle lovely dog who came to stay with us for a couple of weeks and settled in very well. We found her to be a very happy and balanced dog and was clearly loved and well looked after. In addition to this Lucilla has also kindly looked after our two Jack Russell’s while we have been away on many occasions and this has been very successful. The dogs have again clearly been very well looked after and by the welcome she gets from them I can see they are fond of her and more than happy to be with her. So I would therefore like to say that I highly recommend Lucilla and would thoroughly trust her to care for animals in all sorts of situations.
Lucilla has owned well trained pets all of her life. She has looked after my Labrador in the past. I would recommend her as a responsible and loving pet caregiver.

There are beautiful walks around here and many places to explore. I have friends with dogs if your dog likes company, and if not that is easy too. If your dog prefers to cuddle, that is fine too.

I am currently working part time from home so I have plenty of time and attention to spare. this is the first time I have been without an animal in the house, and I would love to borrow yours as I am not quite ready to get another of my own just yet
