Lucienne has provided valuable help to our family while we have been out of town. She has proven herself to be a diligent, reliable, and caring worker. Lucienne watched over our house and pets (dog and cat) while we were out of town last summer. She treated our animals with love. While seeking out our always hiding cat to make sure she was okay and providing hours of playtime and cuddling with our dog, she kept us updated with pictures and texts. Lucienne has a caring and gentle nature which is evident in the way she treats animals and children. Lucienne also showed great responsibility while taking care of our house. During one of our summer trips, it became necessary to have the air conditioner repaired. What could have been a difficult situation was eased because of Lucienne’s responsible and organized personality. She coordinated theworkers visits, and while they were there, she kept a watchful eye on the animals and our possessions, making sure they were secure. It saddens us that Lucienne does not live closer because if she did, I know I would be relying on her more often for assistance with the children, house and pets.
