I have always had a dog at home that I have shared some responsibility in taking care of. Outside of that, I spent a summer house sitting for various families with dogs and cats in 2019, and adopted a kitty of my own in 2020, whom I pamper to no end.

I am very neat and adaptable, so I will keep your home clean and do anything that you need me to do to make you and your fur baby feel comfortable in my care. I have experience putting animals into crates, so if you need me to crate your pet while I’m out of the house, I am easily able to do so. I am also able to take your animals for walks / runs, and am open to doing longer walks if needed.

A typical day
When watching a dog, I like to take him/her for one to two walks a day and play outside for at least an hour everyday. I like to do at least one walk in his/her home neighborhood because that is familiar to them, but for an extra walk, I would go to a nearby trail to get all the interesting smells.

Availability
I’m currently working as a rowing coach at Adrian College, so my nights and middays are free. The only times I would not be able to hang out with your furry friend(s) would be early morning and late afternoon / early evening, as those are the times our practices take place.
