Pet care experience
40 yrs dog, cat & horses in my life. In tune with needs and treat as my own. I am very aware to animal dispositions and am keen on concerns as to keep them safe. I believe they are very telling on their needs and we as people need to stop, listen and watch. I am very proud to say all of my many animals (Dogs, Cats, Horses, Birds, Fish and Reptiles) have lived longer than average life. Keeping the safe, comfortable, loved and most of all ... a priority. I would have no problem with walking, feeding, bathe or other delivery of medical needs if described. Young or old. all loved but treated to their individual needs.

Lucie was amazing! My pups have separation anxiety and it takes a while for one to become comfortable with anyone new. I was called into work the following week, was super nervous and had never used Rover before, and thought I would give it a try since I’m new to the area and family lives far away. Lucie came out and did a meet and greet, was very sweet with the pups, professional and explained her process clearly. The pups warmed up to her by the end of the visit. She eased my anxiety. On sitting day, Lucie sent a pic when she arrived and let me know when she was leaving. Communicated very well! I came home to the pups happy and well taken care of while I was gone. Will definitely have Lucie sit my dogs when needed from now on!
My life savor!!! She’s awesome, my dog adores her and so do we! Always makes sure he’s right before she heads out. ❤️
Lucie bonded with our elderly cat, Rescue, immediately. In the past, he has been very shy to almost everyone. She came to care for him twice a day while I was on a short vacation. I would recommend Lucie to anyone. She would send me photos each day I was gone and text me to let me know how he was doing. I would trust her for your pet with no reservations. I plan for her to take care of Rescue again when I go on other vacations.
As usual Lucie went aboveboard in her care of our puppy! We are so happy we found her.

Some questions that I will ask on our meet and greet or who your veterinarian is, your neighbors, and if they have pets that I would need to be aware of or are loose that come into your yard, allowable, treats, people, food, etc. I also asked the question if your dog were to get out where is it they typically go For safety precautions
A typical day
I carry baskets of toys, such as balls and ropes in my vehicle, as well as towels and rags for emergency purposes. If allowed and close by I love taking the dogs to the dog park or if yard is available playing ball for a reasonable amount of time. I’d like to get many steps in my personal day for personal reasons/exercise so I enjoy taking dogs for a good walks, that would be reasonable on their joints and age
