Pet care experience
My aunt is a vet and prefers me to care for her two dogs and three cats. She has two medium, high-energy dogs that love a good long walk. However, I started my dog-sitting journey with my neighbor's elderly Shih Tzu, who liked short walks and was rewarded a treat after every poop. On the other end of the spectrum, I house-sat for two Leonbergers who mainly were just clingy couch potatoes that required daily medication. I also have a red tick coon hound who is a very peculiar dog but lives with my sister now that I have moved away from home. Although these are not all of the dogs I have taken care of, I hope it shows that I am more than willing and able to take care of whatever is thrown my way.

Lucia is wonderful. She dog sat my 10 month old puppy when I needed to work. She’s reliable, always arrives right on time, and was great with my dog, he loves her. Lucia’s schedule was flexible and she was super easy to make arrangements with. She was a lifesaver and gave me so great peace of mind - I recommend her highly!
Lucia has been an amazing dog sitter for us already. We came home from an 11 day trip overseas to very loved and happy dogs. She did a great job sending us photos as well as updates on how the dogs were doing. I know many people worry about their small dogs in this area due to coyotes and other predators, so I will be sure that I am with your dog when they are outside if your yard has a fence. I will also make sure your pet is getting all of my attention, as I know they are missing you while you're away.

I would love to know exactly how you care for your pet. I want to make your absence as stress-free as possible for both of you. Do you feed them precisely at a certain time? Do they get treats after they relieve themselves outside? What medications do they take and how do you administer them? Do they have a particular walking route they like? Anything and everything you can think of would be greatly appreciated.
A typical day
I love to give pets a little bit of adventure, so with your approval I am willing to take them on a stroll at a local park or maybe even take a little drive to the beach (with a nice towel and a rinse-off at the end of the walk). I also enjoy playing outside with dogs, whether it be tug-o-war, fetch, or any other games your dog likes to play.
