*bonus* I have a patio I have many layers of experience providing care in people’s homes from domestic care to, to adult care to nannying — but pet care was my first love. Be it boarding at your place because that is where your baby feels most comfortable but with company or I am hosting at my place, pets bring so much joy but with this comes a great deal of responsibility. This is the area I shine the most, throughout my work with and in people’s homes there have been two constants that have kept me employed beyond my day job, my enthusiasm and my impeccable responsiveness/responsibility from timeliness to continued engagement throughout the course of my coverage. I currently have a 5 star rating on the wags app.

Lucia was great to watch my dog for a week while I was away. She asked a lot of good questions during the meet and greet and during the stay as well, so I knew her care was genuine. She’s easy to schedule with and in a very convenient part of town, so that doesn’t hurt either. Thank you, Lucia!
Bleecker had a great stay with Lucia! She kept my puppy busy and happy, as well as his owner well informed of his adventures in the New York along the way. She even offered to help walk us home (much appreciated) where he quickly found a comfortable spot to fall asleep for the night after an active couple days! Thank you, Lucia!
We can't say enough positive things about boarding our 5-month old puppy with Lucia. She offered to do a meet-and-greet, read our care instructions carefully, and asked plenty of follow-up questions. Our puppy eats a lot of meals (both raw food and kibble) and needs frequent potty breaks and a lot of exercise, and Lucia was understanding with the care we requested. During the stay, she sent plenty of updates and showed a lot of concern for his well-being. She was prompt with pick-up/drop-off, and it was clear our puppy loved her. We would definitely schedule with Lucia again!
Lucia was amazing. My pup immediately took to her. She sent me lots of pictures and updates throughout his overnight stay. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Beyond the basics, I would like to know all of the things that will make your dog the most comfortable in your absence. Meds, allergies, games, walking and bathroom habits, what engages them the most, sleep routine, toys, games. I am huge on meet and greets, I want to make sure we are all happy with the arrangements.
A typical day
Dog parks is my go to is the pup is friendly. A multitude of walks, play time on my patio. Runs by the water on the westside. Lots of fetch and snuggles at home in front of the TV.

I have a very flexible schedule as a remote work freelancer. It is seamless much welcome company to care for pets that also gives me a reason to take several walks in a day. I love it!
