Luci is outstanding! She took care of Fiona as if she were a member of the family. She was incredibly attentive, sending messages and photos of how Fiona was doing throughout the day, so I had no worries during the stay. Luci inspires great confidence and shows true responsibility. Lucy was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience using a boarding service. As first-time users, we were honestly a bit nervous leaving our dog with someone new, and we had reached out to multiple places before finding her. From the very beginning, Lucy stood out for how responsive, kind, and reassuring she was, and I’m so glad we chose her. Throughout the entire stay, she kept us consistently updated with videos and pictures, which meant so much to us. It really gave us peace of mind seeing our dog happy, comfortable, and well cared for. You can tell Lucy truly cares about the animals she looks after. She has a whole area designated for the dogs, and that level of attention and communication made all the difference for us. We will definitely be using her services again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative dog sitter.
We had a great experience with Luci’s daycare service. From the start, communication was easy and reassuring. She shared photos and videos throughout the day, which made us feel completely at ease. Dante looked very comfortable and happy, almost like he was at home. It’s not always easy to find someone you can fully trust with your dog, but this was definitely one of those cases. We’re really glad we found her and will absolutely book again when needed. Highly recommended.
