From the moment we dropped off our dog, it was evident that she treated him like her own pup. Luceny went above and beyond to ensure our dog felt loved, safe, and comfortable throughout his stay. She provided regular updates and photos, giving us peace of mind while we were away. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our getaway knowing our dog was in safe, capable hands. We're so grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring sitter, and we'll definitely be booking with her again in the future. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

If you are looking for boarding in the Park West area for your furbaby, look no further than Luceny! She responded quickly to every message I sent. She met us on time and where she told us to meet her. She sent me plenty of pictures of Turbo having lots of him. I did not worry one time on our trip if Turbo was ok. When my daughter went to pick him up, he was ready to go. I am so happy I found Luceny. She has a wonderful personalty and I feel like my Turbo will always trust her and feel safe with her. confident the entire time more pictures of Turbo than I have of him. Luceny - you get an A++ and I will continue to book Turbo with you as long as you are still watching dogs.
