Pet care experience
My dog and I, Norman, are new to Seattle and looking to spend some of our free time with other dogs in the area. We're up to playing all day, or lounging around. Neither of us have a mean bone in our body and get along with dogs of all shapes and sizes. If you're dog does not get along well with others, I will be able to do walks and drop-in visits but will not be able to board or have the dog in my home. I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have raised most of them from the time they were puppies. I have experience with dogs that just want to sit and be pet all day, to dogs that need to run for hours, to dogs that are blind, diabetic, and have cancer, and need medication multiple times per day. I understand that our pets can be our children and that they should be treated as so. If you're looking for someone to love your pooch and for them to make a furry friend at the same time, Norman and I are your guys!

Lucas is a dependable and responsible young man. He has had pets, re: dogs and cats, all his life. He grew up with responsibilities that go along with pet ownership. He has raised special needs dogs along with raising and training registered therapy dogs. He has a great understanding of dogs needs and of course, loves animals. Susan P

Any dog that I board must be able to get along with other dogs as I have one of my own. He is a 20lbs mini goldendoodle and is extremely friendly to all dogs and people. He is not protective of toys or food and respects other dogs that may be. I would just ask that you inform me of how your dog typically interacts with others prior to any boarding, walking, or sitting.
A typical day
Parks are always a first go-to for walks, but understandably they can sometimes be hard to come by in some areas. If your dog is more comfortable walking on sidewalks, trails, or open spaces I am willing to accommodate. My dog Norman loves playing fetch, especially when there's another dog playing too. So if that is something your dog enjoys as well they will have a blast together.
