Pet care experience
My family has had a dog of our own for about 2 years now, and I have experience dog sitting for neighbors as well as fostering puppies. My first experience dog sitting was in early middle school, and since then I have been able to care for several other dogs near me. Through Rover, I have had multiple clients, one of which is recurring, and have had no issues with any of my sitting experiences. I love pets of all ages and sizes, and will do my best to make sure they are as comfortable and content as possible.

Lucas was awesome with Bellah and Casper. He playes with them a lot and kept us updated all the time. Lucas was staying at our place and he was respectful and kept the space very clean. Casper, unfortunately, upset his stomach somehow and Lucas graciously cooked chicken and rice for him. Casper was pretty sad when Lucas left and was looking for him! Well, that is testament enough that Lucas did a great job and bonded with the pups. I wont hesitate to reach out to Lucas again in the future!
Lucas has always had a special connection with animals. He is patient and responsible with them. Our dog loves Lucas. Our neighbors also have trusted their dogs with him. Lucas is also very reliable and uses good judgment in any situation.

Safety and comfort of the dog will be my priority 100% of the time. If there are any specific actions that I would need to do to make sure the dog feels as comfortable and safe as possible, I would be glad to take suggestions from the owner and act accordingly. Additionally, if there are any accidents while the dog is under my care, I will make sure to clean it up to the best of my ability and let the owner know about it as soon as it happens.

Walking and feeding schedule/general instructions, medication, and health issues are the big ones, as they usually tend to have the most impact on the wellbeing if the dog. Beyond those, anything else the client would like to include would be greatly appreciated, as I am all about keeping the dog as happy and healthy as possible!
A typical day
The activities I do with the dogs I watch typically depend on the dog and what they enjoy doing. Most of my sitting experiences included walks at least once a day, and beyond that I enjoy playing with the dog however much they would like! I am open to suggestions for favorite places to walk or visit if I am not familiar with the area!

I am currently on summer vacation, so most week days and weekends I will be available unless marked otherwise on my calendar! I am very flexible with scheduling and will do my best to accommodate the needs of your pet, whatever they may be.
