Go ahead and enjoy your vacation/work trip; your furry friend is in good hands! 😊 My name is Luke and I’m a 25 year old man living near downtown Minneapolis. I love good pizza, local comedy, and all kinds of canines. Pups have always been a part of my life including, but not limited to: • Max, my grandpa’s cockapoo. He and I would play for hours on end back in the day - Max is probably where my love of dogs (and all animals, actually) started. After my grandfather died, Max came to live with me and I learned the joy and responsibility that comes with pet ownership. • Bear, the blind St. Bernard. Throughout high school, I often cared for my good buddy’s pride and joy named Bear. The name was fitting due to her massive size. She was beautiful, but unfortunately had many health complications like many in that particular breed do. I had to help administer medicine and calm her down when she was anxious. • Stock, the friendly mutt. While in the Peace Corps, I got very close to my neighbors in the village, including their goofy little dog, Stock. In the last few months of my service, my neighbors moved away but were unable to take Stock with them. Stock came to stay with me, which to be honest was a bit of a challenge. It was difficult to access good food for him with the little public transportation available and my small budget. However, we made it work, and shared a great few months together before I handed him off to a friend I trusted when I returned stateside. Need someone to care for your pet? Hit me up.
