A short notice I had 2 hours before my flight and had no dog sitter, found Luana two miles from the airport and ready to received my dogs. Go to her house with simple instructions and they were waiting on the front step. I left my boys there with Luana and her husband standing on the sidewalk. Heartfelt goodbye as I never left my boys before, and I was gone for a week. She sent me videos of the boys hanging out together and they slept in the kitchen on their own bed and seemed happy the whole time. I would use her again in a hot second. did everything they said they would do and then some. Thank you so much for making it difficult transaction simple and for making it easy on my boys.
