Pet care experience
I have taken care of pets for friends and family and friends of friends. Just like when I teach in schools, I provide a safe and welcoming space. I have experience walking, hiking, feeding, giving baths, giving medicine, and teaching new tricks to dogs. I have cared for cats as well. In my adult years I've had three dogs of my own and two cats. Most recently my dog passed away from cancer and during this healing process I yearn to be around dogs so much, and what better way to do so than with Rover. I have used Rover before for my dog, and now would love to provide great service for other peoples' dogs and cats, like how Rover sitters did for my dog. I value communication and look forward to sending my clients photos frequently of all the fun their pet is having when being taken care of by me.

LT was a lovely petsitter for my cat while I was traveling for a week. She started off by replying to my original inquiry in a timely and friendly manner, which set her apart from most of the other sitters I contacted. She was proactive about setting up our meet and greet, and proved consistently communicative to the very end of the booking. I trusted that my cat was in good hands the entire time, and got daily photo updates to confirm it. LT even brought a toy along for him to play with :) I appreciate her kind humor, too. All in all, highly recommended to anyone in need of a drop-in person for your kitty!
Lt M. was amazing with our dog. She gave detailed updates and treated our dog like a princess. We will definitely use her services again!
Lt and her family are the bestest at watching over Zeus. She regularly updates with pics and I know he is loved. And the plus is that he is dogged-tired (pun intended) after his time with Lt, which is perfect for me too.
Ellie had a great time with LT. She got along great with her son and hung out with everyone this weekend. She got to play and have lots of fun. Thanks L for giving Ellie a wonderful experience.

I have a fenced in patio. I live on base. I have a large tub to bathe dogs in. The house is spacious too so the dog or cat will have plenty of space to run around, lounge, and explore. If your pet stays with me, your pet will receive frequent walks as exercise is important to me for the pet's health and my own. Lots of love, treats, and cuddles to give here!

A typical day
