I booked Katie for the first time 10 days ago, for five days of cat-sitting. She met me for a walk-through and was punctual and prepared, taking notes as we talked, and did a terrific job introducing herself to my cats with play and treats I provided. While I was out of town, she checked in reliably through the Rover app and sent not only engaging stories of each visit, but cute photos that showed me how well everyone was getting along. I've already re-booked her, and encourage others to do the same.

Katie came to my rescue last week when I needed someone at the last minute to feed and walk my dog. I was a bit fearful because we did not do a Meet and Greet first. My rescue dog is very shy around new people. Her detailed report described how she sat on the floor waiting patiently for Abby to come to her. She won Abby's heart! I booked Katie again for today and once again received a fabulous report from her visit. I highly recommend Katie and will definitely use her services in the future.
