Hi, welcome to my profile! I am Lourdes and I have lived in Leiden for 2.5 years. I own the gentle giant that you see in my pictures, his name is Nacho and he is the sweetest dog. At the moment, Nacho is just with me 2 weeks at a time, so I have a lot of free time for you and your pets, whether if this is for a visit, a walk, or a short stay. He is also super friendly, so it may be also good for your pet to meet a new friend. I have been always surrounded by pets growing up: dogs, cats, birds, fishes, hamsters,... a long list! so I do have quite some experience dealing with our loved fluffy friends. In the pictures you can see Lola, who lived almost 14 years with me, back in Spain. I mostly work from home, so that makes it quite easy for me to be flexible :) feel free to reach out and ask me any questions you may have.

I have a small chihuahua-jack russell mix (castrated male) who has been looked after by Lourdes. He has loved both her company and Nacho’s also. The size difference has not been a problem at all, Nacho is super kind. The way Lourdes handles the dogs makes it clear she is experienced and very much caring for animals. I would 100% recommend Lourdes as a trustworthy and dog-loving caretaker!

A typical day
We start the day with a normal walk, hopefully some play time with other doggos at the park. Then breakfast together, and whilst your pet rest, I will work or do some chores. Then around lunch time second walk, and another one in the evening before dinner. Last walk is around 10pm.

Availability
I mostly work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. With Nacho, my dog, I go out 4 times per day and it can vary depending on how much time I have available.
