Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of and owned dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, pigs, and rabbits. I have instinctive communication with most animals and truly love them all! I find that animals are endlessly rewarding to work with, care for and love. Administering medication is no problem.

Louise is not only very knowledgeable about dogs, cats, horses but incredibly conscientious about their care and well being. She has a great deal of experience with many different type of animals. I have often contacted Louise to ask her for her opinion and options in resolving an issue I may have regarding one of my pets. She is detailed, punctual, experienced, responsible and I have total peace of mind knowing my pets are in her care.
So reliable! Louise took care of my 18 year old cat whenever we left town. Kitty did have some special needs at her old age and Louise was always happy to oblige. If we were gone for an extended period, we had her stay overnight. Our home and security were never in question. Since Millie passed, we have added Maizey, then Pip and now Boomer. All have been well tended by Louise. (I’ve also had to ask last minute a couple of times, but she has always come through for us!). I like that she is a “mature” (my age 🥴) lady and that she is a Gig Harbor local. I understand she also cares for horses, though I’ve not needed that service myself.
Louise is an animal lover and a great caretaker. She owns a horse and a beautiful Maine Coon and knows how to keep them safe and happy. I leave my cat with her when I travel and have complete trust in her. I know she will take good care of him. In fact, he doesn't want to leave when I come to pick him up!

I live on 3 acres completely fenced! My home is welcome to all pets. Rembrandt (Remy) is my friendly 2 year old Maine Coon cat and I have a 4 year old horse, Tucker, with a gentle and fun personality! Jane, the doe, visits regularly when the gate is open, and in the spring she introduces me to her new fawns! I will take excellent care of your dogs, cats, horses or farm animals. With decades of experience, I’ve owned numerous dogs and cats of many different breeds, sizes and ages and lots of horses and other farm animals. I have also discovered and perfected a fool-proof way of potty training puppies in 1 week! I think animals can provide not only help for humans, in many different ways, but also an unconditional love that brings such joy to our lives.

I’m working just 2 days a week (for Gig Harbor Taxi) so I have plenty of time to play with and care for your furry loved ones! If you can let me know of any issues with your pet (we all have them!), then I can accommodate whatever they need; medication, comfort for anxiety, special needs, etc.
