Crazy animal lover

Pet care experience

I love animals , I have been around dogs all my life . I recently moved to Palm Coast and I am living with my family. My mother has 4 dogs , Rosco, Pebbles, Bruno, and Sasha. I spend a lot of time playing with them , taking them for walks, and giving them baths. I love being around dogs because they love unconditionally . I really enjoy playing with the dogs I think its important for them to be active and have fun while their owners are away. I live very close to a park and I like to be outdoors as well . My services include giving them walks , giving them baths , and making sure they get as much attention as possible! I prefer dogs that are friendly and not too aggressive and must get along with other animals :)

My dog Daisy had a wonderful time with Louise. Daisy is a very nervous dog and after a couple of days Louise said she settled in good. I am so pleased with the care & sharing pictures & videos with me about Daisy’s progress. It made me feel better about how she was doing.

Louise is a great sitter. Treats your babies like they are hers. I have used different members of her family over the years and hands down you won't be disappointed. Very communicative and responsible. I highly recommend.

I am very glad I found Louise; she took care of my little dog Romeo for a couple days and I am very happy with her service. Romeo had a lots of fun with her dogs and I think he is missing then. I highly recommend Louise. She is very professional and knows what’s she is doing. Her family helped her with the business and all are pleasant! She kept me update all the time and I felt very safe to leave my dog with her. I will book again soon for an upcoming cruise. Thank you Louise! ?

I met Louise and she seemed enthusiastic about watching my 9 year old Bichon Frise during my week long vacation. She said she would spend a lot of time with Teddy at my house and she would play with him, walk him, feed him twice a day, and sleep with him. The day before my trip, Louise told me that she had taken on a part-time job, but assured me that she could still spend a lot of time with Teddy and come back during her lunch hour and then after work at 5pm. Imagine my surprise when I started receiving phone calls from my neighbors while I was on my vacation that my dog was barking during the day because he was left outside in the Florida sun all day. When I returned home, Teddy had feces caked onto his behind and he appeared to have had a very stressful week. Louise told me that she had to work until 9pm most nights, but that she spent a lot of time with my dog and that he must just have separation anxiety. I could have left Teddy with any of my friends who had jobs, but Louise said she would take CARE of Teddy and spend time with him and give him attention. Being that I have used another Rover pet sitter before (she is excellent, but she moved, otherwise I would have used her again) and Teddy was fine and we had no issues, I can't help but conclude that my dog was given terrible and limited care by Louise. I would not let her watch a goldfish if I had one. I agreed to watch the dog for 7 days (167 hours) and during that time, I was only away from Teddy for a total of 31 hours, which was previous discussed that I work a regular job nearby. On Tuesday when I went to meet Teddy , Jessica had left the doggy door opened and although I had met Teddy twice before the moment he saw me he ran outside in the rain I tried getting him back in the house and he wouldnt come near me it was clear that he was very upset about his owner leaving it took me 2 hours to get him back in the house. I fed him and took him outside for walks but Teddy seemed to suffering from separation anxiety as he had never been away from his owner before and especially for this long period of time. Teddy did not appear to be house trained because he used the bathroom several times in the house each day, despite having a doggie door and me taking him outside. I cleaned up after him several times in the house due to his accidents, I even got up at 2am every night to take him out to use the bathroom but this did not prevent me from waking up to dog mess all over the house. It was clear that teddy was missing his owner. I cleaned up the house after every accident however bathing the dog was never discussed nor was payment arranged for that service. I went above and beyond to make Teddy feel comfortable while she was away. On Sunday I put my life on hold and refrained from running small errands like going to church or the grocery store just to ensure Teddy would be okay. I had to work an 2-8 at my regular job on saturday I left the doggie door open because he kept having accidents I understand that is not what jessica wanted because she was afraid of her neighbors complaining about Teddy's barking but even so he still used the bathroom all over the house even after I got home . I did whatever I could to make Teddy feel comfortable . I babysit several other dogs and I have 4 of my own I understand that some of them have separation anxiety and the combination of that and his recent buddy dying could explain Teddys behavior.
