Pet care experience
Dogs and I just click. I’ll bet that before the end of my first pop in with your pet they will consider me “Aunt Lou”. I’ve had dogs since I was a child. In 2016 I rescued Nemi and in 2020 we rescued Slate. I would be pleased to take care of your dog(s) and keep them as happy as they can be in your absence. Giving your fur baby lots of TLC and exercise would be part of the royal treatment. I am happy to share videos and pics of your pet when I pop in to spend time with them.

My dogs absolutely LOVE their aunt Lou! Always on time, knows my dogs quirks, goes above & beyond. Sends the cutest pictures and videos & truly loves them like her own! We are lucky to have her as our sitter and walker!
Louise is great! She watched my pups this weekend and my pups are strong leash pullers & can be quirky & dog reactive while out on walks. She went above and beyond to communicate with me and took such cute pictures! She really made me feel comfortable treating my dogs like her own. As a dog walker myself on Rover it has been so nice to meet another person who is compassionate for pets! I would 100% recommend her to watch your pups & will have her back! 🐾
Five stars are not enough to rate the love and care that Louise gave to our Ralphie! Louise went well above and beyond our expectations. Our Ralph found his new best friend. Ralph got to play and run around outside and Louise met his energy level. When it was time to cuddle up, Louise was there to give him hugs and snuggles. Louise provided us with exceptional detailed updates. We felt so comfortable being away and were able to enjoy our mini vacation knowing that Ralph was in the best hands. I think he may even be in a little depression now that we’re back home and Louise isn’t stopping in to check on him and play. Louise cares and is always looking out for the dog’s best interest. Louise gave us nightly FaceTime calls with Ralph and even sewed up a hole in Ralph’s favorite toy. Top notch care for sure! It feels great, knowing that we can plan a getaway and know that we have Louise in our back pocket to take care of our fur babies. Thank you Louise so much, and Ralphie misses you!
I have known Louise for years from serving in the military together and found her to be a kind, caring, helpful and giving person. I am very protective of my pets and I am very picky on who can watch them. I trust Louise to take care of my 4 cats and dog and I know they are in safe hands. A typical day
If you are comfortable I am happy to take them in my car to the baseball field and use my 50 ft leash. I also have a running leash that hooks on my waist and I do like to run several miles if your dogs into that. I can also play with them in your yard and favorite toys, ball rope tug of war or run around as I do with my own two dogs.

Availability
I offer my services with plenty of flexibility. As a per diem substitute teacher it allows me the flexibility to obligate myself to your family. I am also preparing to retire from the military reserves. I train with the national guard once a month. I have that schedule for the rest of the year. I am married with two middle grade kids that keep me busy but are also very independent and support me caring for pets. We are all pet lovers and truly understand how difficult it is to trust people with caring for furry friends. As vacationing goes taking pets is not always an option and I can very much relate to how difficult it can be to travel and feel comfortable leaving pets at home. I am here for you and your family. I will love them in your absence as if they were my own fur babies.
