Pet care experience
Growing up, my family always had dogs (Boone, Sal, Leo, and now baby Pie!), and I formed a strong bond with each. Whenever I went out, I found that dogs were attracted to me! However, I wasn't aware quite how much I loved dogs until I joined a Boston-area dogwalking company in June, 2015. Dogs have become my passion and I recognize that I've become obsessed. :-) I am good at training as well! I have equal amounts of patience for baby dogs, slow pooches, hyper pups, and senior dogs. I love them all!

A very sweet dog-person,is Louisa!She is very responsible person,as she comes from Boston to Cambridge to walk Bella in rush hour and freezing temperatures. I recommend her highly! I hope to see her again,when Louisa is available-- P.s.She came to us with little notice???
Louisa was great with Gus! Louisa took care of our house and Gus for 10 days while we were out of the country. She sent plenty of updates and photos, which we loved getting. Gus looked like he had a great time! Gus has some mobility issues and is on several medications. Louisa made sure he got his meds and gave him the extra help he needs to get around.
Louisa was wonderful! She was dependable, and flexible with some last minute time adjustments.

I like to know the age and breed of the dog--I find lots of people ask! I really don't have a breed preference, as I find all dogs to be adorable, but I can tell you that I grew up with, in order, a mutt, a Portuguese water dog, and two labradoodles, as well as my grandparents' poodles and uncle's mutts. As a dogwalker, I've dealt with many breeds, sizes, and temperaments, so feel like I'm a versatile and responsive caregiver for all sorts of dogs.
A typical day
I seek out green places to take pups, as I know one of their favorite activities is sniffing around for interesting smells. I'm very safe about crossing streets, though. I love to play with the dogs but can sense if the timid ones don't really want to. And if you or the pooch has any preferred walk locations and / or activities, please let me know!
