Louis strikes me as one of the most caring and loving people I've ever met. He was so wonderful with my dog that I almost felt guilty picking him up, because I'm pretty certain he was even better cared for with Louis than he is at home... and he's a very spoiled dog! Louis has some wonderful ideas about how to make the transition easy and reduce any stress or separation anxiety might feel, and just in general he projects a very calming, competent air that puts both the pet and owner at ease. He's truly wonderful. Going forward, I will schedule my trips around his availability, so that my dog can stay with him. Truly -- he's that good. Especially for any dogs that may tend to be anxious or need a bit of extra affection, Louis is the way to go, without a doubt.
