My name is Christopher. I am a clinical psychologist in Missouri. I have known Louis Bryan Jensen since we were both in kindergarten (we are now 35 years old). He is an excellent man with the highest morals and character. If/when I have a child, he will be the godparent. Louie has an obvious affinity for, and natural rapport, with dogs. As an adolescent and young adult, he reared two black labs, Cody and Magnum. Since he finished his service in the Marine Corps and began working on the oil fields in Alaska, to my awareness, he has helped care for significant others' dogs, but has not had the opportunity to fully dedicate himself to his own, due to literally being unavailable two weeks out of each month. If you were not aware, Alaska oil field workers typically live on site for two weeks and then reside at home for two weeks, out of each month. I feel this is the situation resulting in him for applying for this service. Based on my observation of his interaction with dogs, Louie is extremely patient, dedicated, and emotionally regulated. As necessary, he is firm and direct, but never angry or aggressive. I believe the characteristics that best suit Louie for companionship with dogs, are his enthusiasm and adventurousness. Unless specified otherwise, I have no doubt he would regularly treat any dog under his custody to parks, hikes, long drives, etc. I have no reservations about Louie's participation in any aspect of any dog's life.
