As a dog owner, lover, and observer, I understand that, to dogs, going outside is not just about getting exercise and relieving themselves. To them it's about investigating, discovery, and living an adventure; it's about them getting a chance to live a fuller life than the one they can live indoors. So you can be assured that's the mindset I'll be in when I go visit your best friend. Although I am new to pet sitting as a paying gig, I've enjoyed the privilege of owning dogs and other animals most of my life. I've also looked after many of my friends and family member's dogs when they have not been able to look after them themselves. I must humbly admit that animals have taught me far more than I could ever hope to teach them. I look forward to finding out what yours can teach me. If you are interested and your dogs lend themselves to it, I also offer pet adventures. This is where I take your dog(s) in my car to a nearby dog park or trail so that they can do some socializing or have a good time sniffing different trees. This is totally optional and subject to prior arrangement and agreement on the terms.
