Easy communication, prompt, flexible and good time spent with our dog who got attention, play, potty outings and rest! We got to do our Hearst Castle tour (with 'unattended ogs not allowed" at our hotel) with ease and peace of mind! Thank you!
Lou was a lifesaver. I was so happy to have him come to the hotel Sony wife and I could go out for her birthday. He was on the floor with the dogs right away getting to know them. They seemed very happy when we got back. Highly recommend.

Lou was a life saver. We love to travel with Oki our yorkie. Lou was able to help us watch Oki while toured Hearst castle. He was even so kind to meet us at the parking lot just to make our life easier. He was so kind and reassuring us with pictures. Turns out we all graduated from the same High school. What a small world. I would definitely recommend Lou for all your pet care needs. Hope to us him again in the future.
