Trained puppies and cared for dogs & cats since I was a kid. Studied ecology and wildlife science, worked as an endangered species biologist and naturalist in the US, Mexico, and Central America. Experienced with dogs and cats both indoors and out. Animals frequently love me and respond well to my steady energy. Former pets include several Bernese Mountain Dogs - one at a time - a rescued Border Collie, and one or two cats at a time - domestic short hair and manx - totaling nine cats over 25 years. I also have some experience caring for birds. Looking forward to meeting your critters and helping you out! I work online and my afternoons, evenings, and weekends are free. Several walks a day or play time and walks to build rapport and trust will be priorities for me, plus any special considerations from clients and the pets I'm looking after. Care will be at client's location, with activities and routines set by pet owners and the animals themselves. I am very flexible and can modify care to meet your needs.
