I like dogs way more than humans!
Pet care experience
I adopted a gorgeous Shih-poo named Molly from a family member after Covid. She had issues with reactivity as she hadn’t been socialised, and over the course of a couple of years we finally managed to get her out on walks without using any fear or force based training, all positive reinforcement. It was stressful at times but so rewarding. Molly has now gone and I miss having a four legged companion.

My two girls staying with Lorren, she ensure everything’s met my expectations and requirements. And my girls enjoying their staying overnight and when I pick them up and when got to home pair of them was proper knackered. Will be using her services again in the future for sure.
My Frenchie Hugo absolute loves Lorren, they are best friends! He has allergies so is on a special diet and he has to take medication daily. Lorren is so good with him and makes sure that he takes his meds and doesn’t eat anything he shouldn’t! He’s always a tired boy after spending the day with Lorren and is always so pleased to see her again!
Lorren treats my dog with so much care and affection when she looks after him. He’s a really fussy dog and he absolutely loves her. She goes above and beyond (even cleaning up mess). A very safe pair of hands for fur-baby care.

I have a big back garden which is fenced and completely secure. Dogs are allowed on my furniture and bed. Whatever the pet owner wants I am happy to accommodate.

A typical day
There is a park one minutes walk away from my house, and I am a few minutes walk to the canal where there are lots of different smells and things to discover. I am also knowledgeable in the different types of enrichment which dogs need, which can keep them happy and tire them out with brainwork.

Availability
I work 8-4 Monday to Friday with occasional working from home days. These WFH days change each week but I would be able to dogsit on WFH days.
