Prior to becoming a full time dog walker in December 2017 I spent two and a half years providing care for dogs and cats in a doggy daycare and luxury boarding facility. The one-on-one aspects of care was my favorite part of that job, so I made personal attention for animals my focus full time. Walks, feeding, comforting pups who miss their owners, and even the challenge of giving medications are my favorite hands-on activities. I am happy to help with basic training on my visits and walks; particularly encouraging "loose leash" walking in a fun and happy way for your dog. Through my experience working in a boarding facility I understand the importance of maintaining a clean space for your dog to protect their health and mental well-being. I am also very comfortable with cats as I have a whiskered child of my own, and am happy to give them some love on visits too. I am certified in pet CPR and First Aid by PetTech. The safety and well-being of your animal is my priority, and I like to be prepared for anything.
